I enjoy providing my patients with all aspects of dentistry. I’m highly experienced with restorative dentistry including composite restorations as well as crowns, bridges and dentures. I get great satisfaction from reducing the anxiety and fear of dentistry – particularly nervous patients.
After completing my studies in the capital of South Africa, I took a great interest in aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. I believe in helping people to have the best possible experience and always aim to ensure an easy and carefree dental visit. I work together with my patients to establish the most appropriate treatments and provide the best results.
I am a Specialist in Periodontics, which means I have carried out further intensive training to master the clinical understanding and treatment approaches to periodontal conditions and diseases. I provide all aspects of non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment including dental implant treatment. I am also trained in “drill-free dentistry” techniques such as laser treatments and air polishing. I am a Faculty member of the British Society of Periodontology and in 2018 I will be on the Executive Council. I adopt a gentle, caring and understanding approach and work with patients to gain the very best treatment outcomes.
My approach to dentistry is bringing a spirit of fun and emitting a sense of calm into the dental environment as for many patients it is already worrying enough! I strongly believe that visiting the dentist never needs to be a scary or painful experience. At Centre for Dentistry, patients always come first. I find it incredibly rewarding to work with nervous patients of all ages to rebuild their confidence in dentists. I can spend all the time that is needed to deliver the highest level of care by getting to know you, talking to you and give you the smile you deserve. Our priority is that you will have an outstanding patient journey from start to finish, using state of the art technology in a calm and friendly atmosphere.
